Our previous conferences have been jam-packed full of knowledge, ideas and expertise about the organising industry and running your business.
In 2023 our theme was Moving Forward to Flourish, with many useful sessions on ideas to grow your business, including marketing, finding your ideal clients and expanding your offering into courses and books. Other session covered neurodivergence and working with clietns who are experiencing grief due to bereavement or other events.
In 2024 the theme was Inspiring a Sustainable Future, focussing on ethical and sustainable decluttering and organising, with session on reusing and recycling, the psychology of consumerism and hoarding behaviours, as well as sessions on charity donation, how these are used and what items to donate. There was also a focus on your own business, with talks and workshops on motivation and productivity to help you create a business model that is both sustainable and successful, while ensuring your own wellbeing.
