I’m Kate Galbally, a professional organiser & productivity coach based in Glasgow. I work virtually or in-person to support busy professionals to achieve a more balanced and productive life.
Whatever your organisational challenge – from hands-on decluttering to support with streamlining your diary – I’ll help you to simplify your space, manage your time and go from overwhelmed to organised!
Through my experience as a PA and HR professional in fast-paced multinationals, my work as a volunteer for local and international charities, and my life as a mum keeping up with two energetic young children, I know there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to becoming better organised, but I’ll partner with you to find positive changes to suit your lifestyle and goals.
I am a proud member of the Association of Professional Declutterers & Organisers (APDO) and am proactive and resourceful with a positive, friendly manner. I have over 20 years’ experience in administrative support roles and a passion for helping people to improve their time management and productivity for better balance, calm and focus in their home, business and life.
Since founding Better Organised in 2017 I have delivered one to one coaching and group workshops for business owners via Business Gateway’s Local Expert Help programme, the Dunbartonshire Chamber of Commerce and my own Boost Your Productivity group programme.
I also regularly present time management, productivity and work/life balance workshops and talks for small-medium businesses, networking groups and fellow professional organisers.
I work virtually or in-person to support busy professionals with decluttering and organising their homes, offices, paperwork and schedules.
I have published A Better Organised Home in 30 Days – a concise guide to decluttering and organising thirty categories throughout the home.
