Hi, I’m Vicky and I’m the founder of Crowded House Decluttering. Operating since 2023, we are a neurodivergent-friendly professional decluttering and home organisation company based in Addlestone, Surrey.
With compassion, I help my clients feel happy and fulfilled by creating organised and functional spaces that support their needs, lifestyles and wellbeing. I combine my lived experience as a late diagnosed ADHD woman and a parent of a child with autism, with my professional expertise and my approach blends empathy and active listening with practical organisation, helping my clients feel happier, lighter and more in control of their spaces so they can focus on what truly matters.
In my previous life I was a Global Mobility Manager in the corporate world. I live in Addlestone, Surrey with my husband Alistair (who sometimes works alongside me when helping older couples declutter), my two children, and my calico rescue cat Amber.
I love music, reading, yoga and movies.
I love what I do because I love helping people when they need support. I love that my work truly makes a difference in their lives.

Vicky has helped me tackle several severely cluttered rooms in my house that had me completely overwhelmed. Vicky is incredibly human, making her understanding, friendly and a joy to be around. Having her around has made it so much easier to go through the process of sorting out my crap, and the sense of relief I’m feeling as we make progress is really satisfying. I’m really glad that I’ve had Vicky around to help make the changes to my living space that I’ve been putting off for years. She is an angel! Luke, Woking
Vicky supported me in organising and decluttering my living space. She was reassuring, encouraging and motivated me to make difficult decisions to let go of unwanted possessions and memories. I have found that freeing myself of past external baggage has allowed me to live more in the present and face the future with renewed confidence! Thank you Vicky.🙏🏻 Colin, Andover
Vicky was very supportive and non judgmental in helping me break through the wall of shame, overwhelm and procrastination that is part of being a late diagnosed ADHD woman. She got me started on the decluttering journey and was supportive in empowering me to continue decluttering on my own. Emma, Walton-Upon-Thames
