I trained with Marie Kondo in New York and achieved Master Level KonMari Consultant Certification. But over 4,000+ hours of one-to-one client work, I've learned that clutter is almost always a symptom of something deeper. What starts as a cluttered spare room often turns out to be a cluttered life.
That's what led me to coaching. I'm a qualified life coach with a Diploma in Transformational Coaching and a member of the International Coaching Federation. I work online via Google Meet or phone, one-to-one, at your pace.

Sometimes the clutter isn't physical. Sometimes it's in your diary, your habits, or your head. As a qualified life coach, I work with people who feel stuck — whether that's at a career crossroads, navigating a big life change, or simply exhausted from holding everything together. Sessions are online, supportive, and completely non-judgemental. We work out what needs to change and find a way through, one conversation at a time.
