Hi, I’m Kate, a professional declutterer and home organiser based in Cheadle Hulme, South Manchester, supporting homes across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
I help people move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling back in control of their homes and lives and I believe our homes are a reflection of our minds, and when our spaces feel cluttered, it’s almost impossible to find the calm and mental “quiet” we all crave.
My mission is to help you streamline your home so you can reclaim your space, time, energy, and confidence. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, juggling a busy family life, or simply feeling weighed down by too much stuff, I offer a safe, supportive, and completely non-judgemental, hands-on approach.
Together, we’ll create bespoke systems that don’t just look beautiful, they’re practical, sustainable, and easy for you to maintain.
Creating Space, Clarity & Confidence.

Selling Unwanted Items (e.g. eBay)
Vinted Sorted – We Sell Your Style
One of the biggest challenges my clients face is the “guilt pile”, high-quality clothing and items that are too good to discard, yet continue to take up valuable space. That’s exactly why I created Vinted Sorted.
I take care of the entire resale process for you. When we decide an item is ready for a new home, I manage:
• Professional photography and compelling product descriptions
• Strategic pricing and listing management on Vinted
• Secure packaging and dispatch once sold
It’s a sustainable, stress-free way to declutter: you regain your space, your items enjoy a second life, and you benefit financially, all without the hassle of selling yourself.
This service is available to everyone not just my decluttering clients.
Move Management
House Move Preparation - One of Life's Biggest Transitions
Moving to a new home and preparing for it can feel overwhelming. Simplifying the process by decluttering and getting organised in advance can make a world of difference. Not only can it help keep removal costs down, but it also ensures you’re not bringing unnecessary or outdated items into your new space.
For some households, clutter can be a sensitive subject, especially when it’s built up quietly over time. Many people don’t realise the amount they’ve accumulated, and this can sometimes impact how potential buyers view your property.
The optimal time to start preparing for your move is approximately 4-8 weeks before your moving date. Tackling one room at a time allows us to work together to declutter and organise your belongings gradually, ensuring a smoother, more efficient, and stress-free move.
Once everything is sorted, we carefully pack your items with the utmost attention, using high-quality materials such as eco-wrap and soft tissue to safeguard your belongings during transit.
We treat every home with the care, respect, and sensitivity it deserves. Our mission is to guide you through this process with compassion while helping you present your home at its best and pack with maximum efficiency.
Kate is a very special human being, one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She really listens and understands the barriers we face, and she has left my dining room looking better than it has in many many years! I’m also left feeling motivated to continue the good work she has begun with me, where this once felt overwhelming. Meeting with Kate today and getting her help was the most warm, fulfilling and inspiring experience I’ve had in a very long time if not ever. Life changing. Thank you so much Kate. You are a wonderful person and I feel like friend too after just one meeting.
I honestly didn’t think I had that much stuff, but these two sessions showed me how much I had been holding on to without even realising it. My wardrobe, the space under the stairs, so many corners of my home all filled with things I thought were small or insignificant, but in truth they were attachments built up over years. Kate doesn’t simply tidy, she helps you let go of the old and makes space for the new. The process wasn’t heavy or stressful, it was surprisingly fun, and I felt supported all the way through. Even when my ADHD made me feel overwhelmed by the idea of letting things go, she held the space with so much presence and compassion that I felt safe to release. Now my home feels lighter, more open, and so do I. I feel fresh, renewed, and more connected with my space than ever before. Kate truly is a being of light, and I am so grateful for the way she guided me through this.
