Key Concierge • Professional Organiser & Move Manager • Making Space for What Matters Most

“My house is a mess. I feel overwhelmed and I don’t know where to start.”

“I don’t know how I’m going to manage this move.”

“I’m trying to support Mum from a distance but I can’t do everything.”

I’m Karla, founder of Key Concierge. I offer practical, hands-on help with organising your home, managing your move and taking care of the jobs you don’t have the time or headspace to manage.

Originally from the Philippines, I’ve lived in Dubai, Singapore and Dublin before calling Surrey home. I believe I’m currently the UK’s only Filipino Professional Organiser but hopefully not for long!

After 18 moves across five countries, I know first-hand how unsettling change can be but I’ve also had plenty of practice adapting to it.

Professional Organising & Decluttering

Belongings hold memories and meaning so deciding what to keep and what to let go of isn’t always easy. I’ll work through it with you by asking the right questions to help you decide what you need, use and genuinely want to keep and what you’re ready to let go of.

We’ll work at your pace without judgement and every decision remains yours.

Once we know what’s staying, we’ll organise it in a way that works for you, reusing and repurposing what you already own wherever possible.

I also support clients through downsizing, bereavement and separation when the practical task of sorting belongings can feel especially difficult.

Move Management & Relocation

Why pay to move things you neither need nor want? I’ll help you decide what’s worth taking, coordinate the move, unpack and set up your new home.

I’ll manage the practical details from start to finish to reduce the stress and overwhelm that comes with moving.

Concierge & Household Support

Sometimes it isn’t one big job — it’s the never-ending list of things that need doing. I can coordinate cleaners and tradespeople, oversee appointments and deliveries, organise home resets or take care of things while you’re away. I can also be a trusted pair of hands locally when you’re supporting an ageing parent from a distance.

Before Key Concierge, I spent more than 25 years in customer service, including working as an Executive Assistant at Boston Consulting Group in Singapore, where thinking ahead, anticipating what needed doing and keeping lots of moving parts on track were all part of the job.

Experience & Training

I’ve completed APDO training and a CPD-accredited course with industry-renowned professional organiser Dilly Carter from BBC1’s Sort Your Life Out. I’m also listed in the Declutter Dollies Approved Organiser Directory and have worked behind the scenes on three episodes of the show.

Key Concierge is fully insured, DBS checked and registered with the ICO.

Based in Ash, just outside Guildford, I support clients across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and London with UK-wide and international projects available by arrangement. Weekend appointments are also available by request.

If you’ve reached the point of thinking, “I can’t keep doing all of this on my own” send me a message. Tell me what’s taking up your time and headspace and let’s work out what I can take off your plate.

Specialisms

Sustainability

“I don’t want all of this going to landfill but I don’t know what else to do with it.”

Organising your home doesn’t have to mean buying lots of new storage. We’ll begin with what you already own, reusing and repurposing wherever practical before considering anything new. I’ll also help you find thoughtful next steps for unwanted items, whether that means donating, recycling, passing them on or identifying anything you may choose to sell yourself.

Before Key Concierge, I owned and ran Twin Larder, a zero-waste refill shop from 2019 to 2022. That same practical, low-waste approach still shapes how I work today.

Family and Household Productivity

“I don’t want my children to have to sort through all of this when I’m gone.”

Despite its name, Swedish Death Cleaning is about living more intentionally now. I’ll guide you through a lifetime of belongings, helping you decide what to keep and what to pass on while you can still share the stories behind them. That leaves you with a more manageable home now and your loved ones with the things that matter rather than countless decisions to make while they are grieving.

I also understand what it is like to be the person left to make those decisions. I have personally cleared a loved one’s belongings following bereavement, supported clients through the same process and completed Cruse Bereavement Support Training.

Moving, Packing and Unpacking

“I don’t even know where to start. There’s so much to organise.”

I’ll help you decide what’s worth taking, work out what will fit where, create a furniture inventory, coordinate the move, then help you unpack and set up your new home.

As a Senior Move Manager with The Senior Move Partnership, I’ve spent more than three years managing moves and downsizing projects. I’ll think ten steps ahead, keep track of what needs to happen and spot what could be missed so you don’t have to carry the whole move in your head.

Working with Karla was an absolute game-changer. She reorganized and decluttered my kitchen and storage areas, turning chaotic spaces into seamless, functional ones. Everything has a purpose now and functions effortlessly. I couldn't be happier with Key Concierge. - AS • Ash Vale, Surrey -
Karla has changed my life! I was really hesitant about allowing somebody in to help me with my organisation. Karla was aware of my anxiety and made the whole process as smooth as possible and really put me at ease. Karla primarily helped me to organise my 6 year old daughters bedroom, this is now a perfectly organised and tidy space which my daughter takes pride in and understands where things belong. It has given me the confidence to allow others to visit, spend meaningful time in the space with my daughter and provided her with a much needed quiet sensory space. It really has been life changing. I will be having Karla back when the time is right, do not hesitate, book her now. - CB • Whitehill & Bordon, Hampshire -
Gently and kindly Karla helped move mountains which I had not been able to do for a very long time. Sad and reluctant, I had found it difficult to part with books belonging to my late husband. I have made a start on a journey. I would say Karla is brilliant and I have already mentioned her to friends. -SL • Guildford, Surrey -
