Thoughtfully Organised Homes
United Kingdom

Hi, I'm Jaime and I run a small friendly team of professional organisers and decluttering specialists based in Amersham Buckinghamshire. We help busy families and individuals across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire create calm from chaos in their homes so day-to-day life is easier and they are once again proud to invite people over. We have a calm, caring and personlised approach to our work, a positive outlook and bags of energy and to get the job done. Above all, we are professional, non-judgemental, honest and hardworking. We gain so much satisfaction from working with clients and seeing the positive impact our support has on their lives.

Our services include:

General Decluttering & Organising - When your home is cluttered, everything takes more energy than it should. Cupboards are full, worktops disappear, and simple tasks like cooking, getting dressed or finding paperwork become stressful. You might keep tidying, but it never seems to last and the more you try to “fix it”, the more overwhelmed, embarrassed or stuck you feel, wondering where to even start. We offer practical, hands-on help to reorganise your space and make your home feel good again. Our general decluttering sessions bring back practical order to your space. No judgement, just results!

Moving Home

We offer practical, hands-on decluttering support before your move so you’re not paying to move things you don’t need. We can also come in the day after the removal firm, unpack your boxes and thoughtfully organise your home. We prepare your kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, wardrobes and more so that within a day or so you can cook, sleep, wash and get on with life without tripping over boxes.

Hoarding an Chronic disorganisation

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you get in touch. Just knowing something needs to change is enough. Living in a very full or disorganised home is about far more than “too much stuff”. Rooms are full and can’t be used for their intended purpose, important items get lost, and everyday tasks become exhausting or unsafe. You may feel distressed at the thought of letting things go, or simply unable to see how to “pull it back” when the home feels out of control. Our team has specialist training in living with hoarding behaviours and chronic disorganisation, plus coaching and counselling‑style listening skills. Progress here is usually little and often. Our work together focuses on making your home safer and easier to live in and reducing the distress around decisions and letting go. We help you put simple routines in place for what comes into the home and how it’s managed. This all helps you feel more in control and less alone with it all. When you feel ready, we’ll book your first session and begin working side by side, at a pace that feels manageable—taking small, supportive steps towards a calmer, more comfortable space.

Support Following Bereavement

We provide sensitive and professional support to carefully sort through possessions following a loss. Grief is not limited to the death of a loved one—it can arise from any significant loss or change that reshapes our lives. Life transitions such as downsizing, career changes, changes in health, or shifts in personal circumstances can all bring feelings of grief as we adapt to a new reality. We offer gentle, kind, and compassionate support to help you navigate these changes, process your emotions, and find your way forward at your own pace.

Specialisms

ASD

Jaime and her son are both Autistic and have ADHD, giving her personal insight into the realities of living with neurodivergence. The journey to and beyond diagnosis has provided a deep understanding of neurodivergence and the impact it can have on everyday life.

Building on this lived experience, Jaime also undertook formal training, which inspired her to ensure that every member of the team receives specialist training to support clients with ASD and other neurological conditions. This training covers Neurodivergence, executive functioning, and the practical ways these can affect daily life, enabling us to tailor our support to meet each client's individual needs with understanding and compassion.

Move Management

Jaime has completed specialist training in move management and interior design and has extensive practical experience supporting clients through home moves. She and the team regularly support clients to declutter and organise their homes in preparation for moving, downsizing, renovations, and building projects, including preparing properties for sale.

In addition to pre-move support, Jaime and the team have significant experience unpacking and organising clients' new homes following a move. This practical experience enables them to create organised, functional living spaces that are tailored to each client's individual needs from the outset.

Hoarding behaviour

All of our team members have attended training in hoarding behaviour and chronic disorganisation, enabling them to provide informed, compassionate support to clients experiencing hoarding behaviours. We also facilitate a free hoarding support group, ensuring that ongoing support is accessible to anyone who would like to attend.

Public Speaking

Jaime regularly delivers talks to local community groups and speaks on local radio about all aspects of decluttering and organising. With more than 25 years' experience as a qualified Ceroc dance teacher, she is a confident and engaging public speaker who is comfortable presenting to audiences of all sizes.
