Emma is primarily a qualified counsellor specialising in those who are grieving and / or neurodivergent, but as a former award winning Wills and Probate lawyer of many years and coach, she also supports people who feel overwhelmed with all the home admin and life demands to organise themselves so that they can find peace of mind and rainbows in the stormy world of grief.

Public Speaking

Emma has given many talks on grief, vulnerability and Sadmin. She can provide bespoke sessions online or in person. Organisations she has given talks to include: the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly), SOLLA (Society of Later Life Advisors), Charles Stanley, Hinkley Point, St James Place, various law firms and financial advisers, as well as other local and national groups.

Life Coaching

Emma is a certified coach and qualified integrative therapist who specialises in helping people with the "mind monkeys" that get in the way of sorting vital end of life and life admin documentation. She calls this paperwork the "Sadmin" and she supports clients both with their own Sadmin and sorting out the Sadmin of others after their death. Drawing on over 15 years as a solicitor who specialised in Wills and Probate, as well as her own widowhood and ADHD, Emma offers support to others through her annual free Will Challenges, courses, workshops and 121 sessions. She is passionate that we can all learn to grow life around grief in order that we can find rainbows in this stormy world.

"This was such a useful course, I'd highly recommend it. It was very informative, and Emma's passion for us to get everything sorted was infectious! I learnt a huge amount, including some things that I had no concept of before eg Letters of Wishes, and picked up a lot of helpful practical tips too. Getting Wills, LPAs and everything else sorted is hard to face, and decisions can be difficult. This course doesn't shy away from the tough topics, and the support and encouragement from Emma and the rest of the group really helped." - Jenny (Sadmin course)
"The coaching calls with you help me get out of feeling stuck in my thoughts, like a hamster in a wheel. Your practical suggestions and questions are really useful.” - Clare (Sadmin course)
“Emma is fantastic. absolutely 100% recommend if you need help.” - Peggy (Growing Life around Grief course)
