Sarah is a professional organiser, coach and mentor whose work focuses on ADHD. She runs two workshops: ‘ADHD for Organisers’ – equipping organisers to support ADHD clients; and ‘Understanding Your ADHD’ – for people newly diagnosed.

Sarah only discovered she had ADHD in 2020 - several years after setting up her organising business. A recovering perfectionist, she helps neurodiverse clients develop realistic and maintainable ways to organise their homes and develop a kinder approach to managing their ADHD.

Jeff Heisler

Jeff is the President and Founder of Home Sweet Home. Based in Redondo Beach, California he started his relocation focused organizing business in 2004. Today, he oversees all aspects of the company’s organizing operations in 10 countries around the world.

Prior to starting Home Sweet Home, Jeff specialized in driving operational and managerial transformations in large transportation companies. This included restructuring the New Zealand national railroad, TranzRail, and overseeing the merger of Australia-New Zealand Direct Line (ANZDL) and Union Shipping.

Jeff is an expert in bringing the principles of Total Quality Management to service companies. He led ANZDL’s efforts to qualify as a finalist in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (Baldrige Award) on two separate occasions. Subsequently, he was selected as an examiner for the Baldrige Award, a judge for the California Quality Award and was on the Board of Overseers for the New Zealand Quality Award.

Jeff graduated from the University of Illinois and is a long-suffering fan of their sporting teams.

Juliet Landau-Pope

JLP Coach

Juliet Landau-Pope is a productivity coach, helping clients from diverse backgrounds to stop procrastinating and develop time management and organising skills.

An Oxford graduate and former university lecturer, she trained as a certified professional coactive coach, with the Coaches Training Institute, before launching her award-winning consultancy JLP Coach in 2008. Juliet volunteered as APDO Head of Training for 6 years, devising and co-leading APDO’s first courses.

She's also active within ICD, Institute for Challenging Disorganisation, serving on ICD’s Time Management and Productivity task force. During the pandemic she set up The Academy of Virtual Organising, to train and support colleagues.

Heather is a proud Autistic and has ADD so knows firsthand the link between neurodiversity and clutter. A naturally messy person herself she thrives on creating systems that work for real families.
