My approach combines professional organising with a healthy scepticism of consumer culture. Twenty years in marketing strategy has given me a deep understanding of consumer psychology—which I now apply in reverse to help you let go of what you don't need.

I've trained in chronic disorganisation and hoarding, and always apply a trauma-informed approach. This is particularly useful when supporting people navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, and emotional clutter. I work on the whole home—kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and everything in between—helping you let go of the stuff that promised convenience but just created more work.

For families with children, I use Montessori principles to create spaces where kids play deeper, become more independent, and routines run smoother—organising kitchens, halls, and bedrooms so the whole household can maintain them. This reduces friction in your daily life, lightens your mental load, and frees up space for what matters.

I offer in-home sessions—either collaborative, where we work together, or work from home sessions for people working from home who need the space organised whilst you're busy. I also run virtual decluttering and organising sessions throughout the UK for emotional clutter and decision-making challenges. I come armed with decision-making tools designed to help you move faster, so we get more done in less time.

This was the first time I’ve used a professional decluttering service, and I couldn't be happier. As a single parent running a household and a business, I simply haven’t had the time or the mental energy to tackle what felt like a monumental task. Katie was brilliant. She was organised, methodical, and truly helped me get the most out of our session. We tackled my spare room, which had become a 'dumping ground' for items I’d held onto for years—mostly emotional things like baby clothes and memories, or items I’d spent a lot of money on and felt guilty donating. Katie challenged me in a very sensitive way. We started with a clear plan and goal, and I was thrilled by how much we achieved. She even created a Vinted list (sending me the listing details later), along with organised boxes for charity and the clothes bank. Even though I still have a bit more to do, I feel so much 'lighter.' A lovely touch was Katie checking in afterward to keep me accountable for my follow-up actions. Thank you, Katie! I would highly recommend her services to anyone.
