
The International Federation of Professional Organising Associations (IFPOA) is a worldwide forum facilitating appropriate communication and collaborative efforts among professional organising associations. Its purpose is to elevate the reputation, visibility and professionalism of the organising industry worldwide through, among other things, the sharing of information among Federation members. APDO has been a proud member since 2015. Other IFPOA members are detailed below.

The Associação Nacional de Profissionais de Organização e Produtividade (ANPOP) was founded in 2014. ANPOP’s mission is to integrate, develop and promote the local Professional Organisers as well as to reinforce the importance and credibility of the industry in the Brazilian economy. The association plans to offer further educational opportunities, to work on creating chapters in different parts of Brazil and to install ANPOP as the reference of the organisation and productivity industry in the country.
The Japan Association of Life Organizers’ goal is to educate the public in Japan to familiarise with the concept of “Organizing”, such as for living space, lifestyles, careers, human lives, and anything that can be effectively prepared, planned and organised. JALO also focuses on providing educational and training programs for professional Life Organizers® as well as researching further on organizing methods and strategies.
The USA National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals® (NAPO®) has a membership of approximately 3,500 organizing and productivity professionals dedicated to helping people and organizations bring order and efficiency to their lives. NAPO’s mission is to be the leading source for organizing and productivity professionals by providing exceptional education, enhancing business connections, advancing industry research, and increasing public awareness.
The Dutch Association of Professional Organizers (NBPO) was established from a merger between NPO (Dutch Professional Organizers) and EPO (European Professional Organizers) on the 1st of January 2004. NBPO is a dynamic association with around 250 members each having their own specialisation. NBPO offers members and non-members professional organising training.
The Institute for Challenging Disorganization’s mission is to provide education, research and strategies to benefit people challenged by chronic disorganisation. ICD’s vision is to the premier resource on chronic disorganisation. The ICD Certificate Program began in October of 2001 and provides five levels of certificates and certification. The ICD also offers a variety of resources to help both people who are challenged by chronic disorganization and the professionals who work with them.

The Professional of Organizers of Canada (POC) is the national association that represents professional organizers across the country. POC’s Mission is to develop professional organizing through creating awareness of the industry amongst the public and to provide its members with support by giving them the access to the tools, training, and resources to build their own businesses.
POC and APDO signed an Affiliation Agreement which establishes a mutually beneficial strategic partnership on 1st Sept 2017

The goal of Korean Association of Professional Organizers (KAPO) is to bring more happiness and freedom in people’s life by raising the value of the space in the Korean homes but also by improving the residential environment through organisation. KAPO has developed a systematic, standardised training organisation program in order to offer new job opportunities to local people and to support the national economy.

The members of the Associazione Professional Organizers Italia (APOI) https://www.apoi.it provide information, strategies and support to help people finding their own balance and restoring order by maximising their resources. APOI promotes the use of tools and organizational methods in order to teach people and organizations some organizational skills so, through effective systems and processes, they can enjoy a higher level of productivity and efficiency in any area.

CALO (planning and finishing school) is an organization that trains professional organizers in China. It is the only domestic partner of the Japan JALO Association and the American ICD Institute.

AOPE is a non-profit association registered in the National Registry of Associations of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.
It establishes a formal framework that allows the professional expansion of its partners, a quality reference for its clients and support for those who want to become Professional Organizers.
