Hello, I'm Tracy. Since 2017 I've been helping people declutter, organise and clean their homes to make the house work for them.
I am by nature a people person and feel very lucky to have found a profession I love. To date, my clients have included busy families, recently bereaved individuals, people with disabilities and neurodiverse differences (ADHD/ASD), landlords and professionals in every kind of home.
The needs of all my clients have been unique to them but my approach is always the same; with empathy and curiosity, I'll ask you about the challenges your current house arrangement poses, find out what your ideal looks like and work out how we can get you there.
That's it. No judgement, no pressure.
Whether getting the results you want means working by your side or on your behalf, in regular small or "graft until it's done" sessions, everything I do is tailored around getting the house to work for you in a way that suits your needs, timescale and budget.
Get in touch to arrange a free, 30-minute consultation by phone, video call or home visit and we'll take it from there.
Specialisms
ADHD
I currently have two clients with ADHD, one I see fortnightly (for the last three+ years) and the other on a casual basis as and when they feel able to work alongside me (since the start of 2025). These clients have unique needs and preferences but both struggle with focussing and seeing tasks through to completion. They also find it especially difficult to be realistic about what can be achieved in sessions, make decisions, resist new purchases and maintain the decluttered spaces or storage systems we have created, but relationship building and regular reminders by text message really help.
ASD
I live in an ASD household (my partner and child) and have ASD clients I see for two-hourly sessions on a weekly basis. Through lived and professional experience, I understand the challenges of executive dysfunction, decision making fatigue, the rituals and particularities of the way a neurodiverse house works and am often blown away by the sometimes unconventional yet perfectly functional ways that people with ASD manage their homes. I'm very aware of the need for patience, clear communications and gentle encouragement or direction.
