Peaceful Pathways Organising
United Kingdom

Peaceful Pathways are the UK’s only dementia- specialised professional organiser, dedicated to empowering caregivers through organisation. We recognise the unique needs of those caring for loved ones suffering from dementia. We exist to empower caregivers to feel more confident, relaxed, and organised.

Peaceful Pathways grew out of our family’s story—watching loved ones care for grandparents suffering from dementia. We know firsthand that this journey is unlike any other.

There are two significant caring journeys that may shape us: becoming parents, and becoming caregivers to older relatives or partners. Many of the latter may suffer from dementia. Becoming a parent, while challenging, is surrounded by rituals, resources, and communities that may help you step into your new role. Babies tend to be easily comparable. But becoming a caregiver for a loved one suffering from dementia is very different. Every person suffering from dementia is different, with their own needs, rhythms, symptoms, and disease progression, and their caregivers often find themselves navigating the transition with far less support than parents.

That’s why Peaceful Pathways exists: to empower caregivers to become better and happier versions of themselves. We provide tools, tips, and techniques to gently adapt the home environment and daily routines—so that they may carve out mental and emotional space for themselves without guilt. Unlike traditional home organising, which can feel disruptive or overwhelming for someone suffering from dementia, our approach is tactful, respectful, and designed to be implemented at your own pace. In helping caregivers find time and space for themselves, we also aim to honour the dignity of the person suffering from dementia—supporting their independence and ensuring that care never becomes a license for a “clear-out”.

Peaceful Pathways is here to walk alongside you, creating balance, compassion, and clarity in the caregiving journey.

I’ve read lots of books on organising and on supporting family members with dementia but I was getting lost in “How do I apply it to me?” and “Where do I start?” I felt like I wasn’t getting very far. The personalised approach that Peaceful Pathways takes is what I needed and it reduced my stress and improved my confidence significantly. Their insights have created a more organised and calming environment for me, my husband, and my mother-in-law (who is suffering from dementia). – Tilly W.
When my sister moved in with us recently so we could help take care of her, it was a big change, and we had double the amount of stuff. We thought of getting help but thought the process of bringing somebody in or changing too much might be a lot for her. However this company focused on what was frustrating us the most, and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I felt putting their recommendations into practice. They helped create a more efficient, peaceful environment, and that’s made a big difference to our daily lives. I feel more in control and my wife and children are more at ease as well. -- Manus S.
So grateful! I just moved in with my mum to help her as she got diagnosed with dementia and I love her to bits but it’s stressful. Not sure what I was expecting but I was desperate so I got the report. We haven’t done everything on there but the things we’ve done have made me feel a lot more organised and normal and I’m able to help my mum out more. I don’t feel like I’m constantly running or overwhelmed. I also changed a few things to make them safer or more comfy for my mum, and I feel like life is a bit easier for her now too. -- Nadia P.
