I’m Sabrina also known as the Clutter Fox, I offer home decluttering and organising services in London. After a career in User Experience (UX), I bring a deep understanding of psychology, design and technology to the art of decluttering. I know how much our surroundings affect our wellbeing, focus, and daily lives. Whether you’re seeking a more elegant, functional home or navigating challenging circumstances, with Clutter Fox it's not just about tidying up, but helping you find practical and sustainable solutions that give you more freedom in the long run.
My Mission
Is to help people by teaching them simple ways to maintain order, as well as save money, time and reduce their carbon footprint. I want to add value to your life and to inspire you to enjoy living with less. As you change your life, your focus can shift to community, not Consumerism. Giving, not taking. People, not stuff.
In my previous career, I learnt how to be non-judgemental at all times and developed people skills, problem solving, design-thinking, empathy, and active listening, but decluttering and organising are part of who I am, not just a career choice. I am ready to drive a positive impact on your life, are you? Get in touch via phone, Whatsapp or email, at the moment I don't have a website or socials as it's work-in-progress.
My story
I moved to London from Italy in 2017 and spent 6 years working as a user experience researcher, helping make people’s lives easier by turning their feedback into intuitive online experiences. As I became skilled at this, I gradually realised something wasn’t quite right: this job wasn’t fulfilling enough, I needed to have a more direct positive impact on people's lives.
In 2025 I rediscovered that organising and decluttering have always come naturally to me: my passion for organising dates back to my childhood. On grocery trips with my mum, I’d instinctively line up the shopping carts, untangling the mess that made it hard for people to grab one. What felt like play for me - bringing order to chaos - always left me feeling calm and with purpose.
At friends’ homes, I often found myself tidying without even noticing. While others wanted to play, I was drawn to making sense of the space around me. Even during playtime with my sister, I loved our ‘big toy chest tip-overs’, where we’d re-discover forgotten treasures, decide what to keep and to donate. Those moments showed me early on that decluttering isn’t just about tidying - it’s about creating space for what truly matters, as things clutter our minds as well as physical spaces.
Specialisms
Selling Unwanted Items (e.g. eBay)
Selling or passing on second-hand items is a meaningful way to declutter your home and make some pocket money, while giving your belongings a new life. With my expertise in platforms such as eBay, Vinted, and Facebook Marketplace, I can show you how to rehome items easily and responsibly — from creating appealing listings and setting fair prices to managing sales and postage efficiently. My goal is to help you let go of what you no longer need, create more space, and feel the satisfaction that comes from sharing resources within your community.
Photo Organising
In today’s digital world, photos often remain scattered across devices and cloud storage, making it difficult to truly enjoy them. As someone known as the "all photos database keeper" in my family, I specialise in organising, curating, and turning overwhelming folders of files into accessible, cherished keepsakes for years to come.
Digital/computer organisation
With a background in technology and years of experience navigating the digital world, I have a natural ability to keep computer files tidy. I help clients keep their information organised and easy to access. My goal is to reduce the overwhelm that often comes with technology, making it a helpful tool rather than a source of frustration.
Personal/family productivity
Many people find managing their finances overwhelming, which can lead to stress and overspending. Developing strong money management skills is particularly valuable when navigating financial challenges or working towards a more secure and balanced lifestyle. I support clients in becoming more accountable, making mindful spending choices, and identifying opportunities to save—empowering them to feel more in control and confident about their financial future.
I’ve always been messy — my mother was, and so is my husband — so we lived in clutter for years. It was exhausting. I could never find things, I’d buy duplicates without realising, and sometimes life just felt too hard. Deep down, I knew I had too much stuff.
When I first met Sabrina, I was interested in her service but worried I couldn’t afford it. She kindly offered to help me anyway, and I soon realised it was a life-changing experience. From the very first session, I felt as though something inside me had shifted. Decluttering started a ripple effect: my interactions with my husband and daughter became lighter, and I even found myself decluttering other parts of the house on my own. For the first time in my life, I feel organised and able to live in the present instead of drowning in the past.
What surprised me most was how gentle yet fast the process felt. I thought I would struggle to let go of things and that it would take months, but with Sabrina’s support it never felt painful or overwhelming. I still kept plenty, but now I have space to breathe. Sabrina has such a kind and non-judgemental approach. Even though I felt embarrassed about my home, she never once made me feel ashamed — she brought compassion and calm into every room.
I would recommend working with Sabrina to absolutely anyone, even if you think you can’t afford it. The benefits last far beyond the sessions: it saves money in the long run, reduces stress, and creates a clear path forward. It truly is a long-term investment in your life and wellbeing!
