I created InSight InMind because of the struggles I often face with object consistency, disorganisation, clutter, digital stimuli, and the weight of unfinished tasks, especially as a neurodivergent individual. That’s why my goal is simple: to make your life easier.

What I do

Create supportive spaces - set up environments that make work, rest, and play effortless, and more importantly, separate.

I know what it’s like to suffer from reduced attention, sleep disruption, incomplete recovery, work guilt during play, and the inability to recharge after rest or play.

Maximise your days - make work more efficient, rest more restorative, and downtime truly restful.

Tame digital stimuli - understand how screens, feeds, and media affect the mind, and reclaim balance.

Organise with visibility - ensure you know exactly where things are, without wasted time searching.

Find your storage of choice - figuring out the solutions that bring you joy: whether it’s the sustainability of upcycling, or the clarity and uniformity of branded, matching storage.

Declutter your mind and your space - that includes cupboards, closets, hard drives, and even your content feeds.

Support your learning - helping you study smarter, not harder.

Reduce waste - track food dates, manage storage, and bring order to your kitchen.

You’re not alone in being unable to keep track of the dates of hundreds of food items in your home, such as expiry, use-by, and opening dates, without a system. It’s a lot of numbers to keep track of.

Reframe reading - explore formats, reduce distractions or discover the right kinds of distractions, and rediscover the joy of books.

Confront the ‘specialness spiral’ - tackling the desire to save things for occasions that never come, bringing those things into everyday life.

Simplify your steps - reduce the friction between wanting to do something and actually doing it.

Rediscover your hobbies - bring long-buried interests back into view so they’re easy to pick up again.

If you’ve ditched beloved hobbies and interests in favour of ones that are easier to pick up, you’re not alone.

The last point is why I chose the company name: if it’s Out of Sight, Out of Mind, you won’t see it, and you’ll forget about it. If it’s an unpaid bill or fine, or an important appointment, it’ll come back to bite you: I want to make sure it never gets the chance.

About Me

My passion is cognitive ergonomics: the study of designing tasks, jobs, products, and environments to be compatible with human cognitive abilities and limitations. I’ve never taken it as a course of education, but I would like to in the future, with a specialisation in ADHD.

I studied Game Design at university, and continued studying programming in the Unity engine in the following years.

My commercial experience spans from 2016 to the present day: I worked in retail as a delivery driver until 2019, when I began working UK-wide as a field service engineer on various contracts in the retail, hospitality, and leisure sectors, where I would drive across the country to service ATMs, EPOS equipment (manned checkouts, self-checkouts, cash register PCs), and computer hardware.

In 2025, I decided to further develop my programming skills by learning full-stack development and multiple programming languages.

This year, I discovered my passion for professional organising thanks to a fortunate accident, and I put a name to cognitive ergonomics by leveraging AI as a tool for brainstorming, writing, and developing ideas, which is where the term came up.

So, with my background out of the way, how can I help you?
