Her Home Harmony
United Kingdom

I’m a Life Coach, Professional Home Organiser and Course Facilitator working with women. I help my clients with reducing both physical and mental clutter and creating more calm and harmony in their lives. My clients can work with me in three different ways:

Wellbeing Coaching — I help my clients with reducing overwhelm, stress and anxiety, and creating healthier relationships with themselves and others. With over five years’ experience, including working within NHS Primary Care, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where meaningful and lasting change can happen.

Home Organising — I help my clients with transforming disorganised and stressful spaces into calm, supportive environments that work for them and their lifestyle. Sometimes all that's needed is a few simple changes, such as reducing the visual clutter or putting a handful of easy-to-maintain systems in place to transform a chaotic home into a functional one.

My Signature ‘Her Home Harmony’ Offer — a unique blend of coaching, therapeutic approaches and home organising that creates lasting harmony. I work with my clients on their mindset and their environment together, so the changes they make feel aligned, sustainable, and deeply supportive. By clearing both physical and mental clutter, I help my clients feel calmer, more grounded, energised, and back in control.

I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients and empowering them to understand their unique strengths, and build lives that work with their wiring — not against it.

I offer in person coaching and organising sessions around Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey as well as virtual support over Zoom to clients anywhere in the UK.

Specialisms

ADHD

I have been supporting clients with ADHD and Autism for the last four years within my NHS work. I have helped my clients by teaching them effective coping skills and strategies to help them maintain their mental health and wellbeing. I have been using the principles behind the seven pillars of ADHD based on Dr Kustow's work, to help my clients enhance their unique strengths and work around their challenges and limitations.

Personal/family productivity

Since becoming a mum, I have developed a passion for planning and practical time management strategies, and I value creating a sense of balance between work and home life.

With over four years of experience in supporting busy professional mums, I help my clients create a healthier work–life balance through simple, practical strategies that reduce stress and overwhelm, boost productivity, and improve time management.

Over the years, I’ve empowered women to take back control of their lives, prioritise their self-care with confidence, and release the pressure to do it all or spread themselves too thin.

Life Coaching

''I wish l had coaching sessions with Linda years ago, l think it’s something everyone needs at times in their lives, whether it be regular sessions or something that we can turn to when the balance in life is not good or we have difficult situations to deal with. It’s good to talk to someone who can look at things from the outside and help you simplify it.'' -P.B.
''Linda has demonstrated fantastic listening and reflection skills, drawing out key themes in discussion and placing emphasis on these areas. This has allowed me to build better self awareness and change the situation I was facing. To this day, our coaching sessions are still very much present in my day to day life and continue to challenge and impact me on an incredibly positive way.'' -M.S.
''I'm in awe of how much we covered in just four sessions. Linda provided a safe space to explore areas I was hesitant to delve into. I've never felt more listened to & came away feeling rejuvenated and with a clarity of thought I've never truly experienced. Thank you Linda.'' -L.B.
