Move day management
We coordinate trusted removal partners, oversee professional packing and manage the entire move, allowing clients to step away from the operational demands of moving.
Deep cleaning
Our own dedicated cleaning team carries out thorough cleans of both the departing property and the new home on move day.

We arrange and manage practical works and finishing tasks to ensure homes are fully functional at both ends of the move.
Unpacking and home set-up
We provide a complete unpack on move day itself. Rather than leaving clients surrounded by boxes, we ensure their new home is fully functioning from the moment they arrive, with kitchens organised, beds made, wardrobes unpacked and living spaces arranged so they can settle in immediately.

We specialise in preparing homes for sale in a way that is both practical and design-led. Drawing on extensive interior design and renovation experience, we work primarily with clients’ existing furniture, reconfiguring layouts and repurposing pieces to improve flow, light and balance throughout the property.
This is enhanced with a carefully selected layer of soft furnishings, artwork and accessories to elevate each space without over-styling or masking the character of the home. Where required, we also coordinate targeted repairs and light renovations in advance of staging to ensure properties are presented to the highest standard.
Our approach to home staging is particularly effective for lived-in family homes, period properties and downsizing situations, helping buyers visualise the potential of a space while allowing sellers to move forward with clarity and confidence.

With over six years’ dedicated experience in move management, we specialise in fully managed residential moves where continuity, structure and oversight are essential. Our role is to take responsibility for the entire moving process, coordinating each stage so clients are not required to manage multiple suppliers or timelines.
Our work routinely spans the full scope of a move, from early-stage decluttering and preparation for sale, through packing and removals, to a complete unpack and home set-up on move day. Interior Design
We are known for our calm, focused and highly organised approach. Zoë brings over 20 years’ experience in the interiors and property sector, including 17 years running her own interior design company. Her work has spanned curtain design and making, full interior design consultancy for private homes and the project management of renovation and design-led refurbishments. This experience underpins our ability to prepare homes for sale with confidence, manage repairs and improvements efficiently and ensure each property is presented in a considered and cohesive way.
Kath brings extensive experience in move management and home organisation, with a clear, methodical approach to packing, unpacking and setting up homes so they function efficiently from day one.
