Hi I'm Heather. I set up Space Creators in 2021 after working for Care and Repair Cymru as part of their Attic Project, helping people aged 50+ to make space at home and share memories about their treasured possessions. If you're feeling overwhelmed and need support and practical help with your belongings, I'd love to work with you.
Working together will enable you to identify goals for your space and make your own decisions about your belongings while feeling supported and safe. I understand why belongings can build up in a home and how overwhelming and distressing this can feel. My goal is to help relieve this huge burden, improving your living space and quality of life. I'm interested in what's important to you as an individual, and helping you identify goals based on that. Having an objective, supportive presence can really help keep you focused on the task and on your overall goals.
I have a particular interest in working with people with ADHD and Chronic Disorganisation and hold a BSc (Hons) in Behavioural Health Science.

Over the past 4 years I have worked with many clients who have chronic disorganisation and/or ADHD.
My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD in 2019.
Since working with Heather everything has changed for the better! She has helped me to review everything and make major changes, all in such a positive way. I would urge anyone who has been in a similar situation to grab the chance to do this with both hands!
Heather is a very warm, calm, self contained lady, with a strong determination to help, but not to take over.
I am so glad that I found Heather's service. It is no exaggeration to say that it has changed my life. I had been feeling hugely overwhelmed for years, after a series of family bereavements, and felt a great weight on my shoulders. Now I would be happy if anyone turned up unexpectedly to visit, as I feel proud of my home.
