We are sensitive to the emotional aspects of DECLUTTERING and have over 16 years experience in working with clients who are finding it difficult to clear their home, offices and lives We specialise in working with clients living with various conditions such as O.C.D, AUTISM, DYSLEXIA etc. and provide organisational solutions to help these clients in everyday life. This year we are helping many women recently diagnosed with ADHD.
Our LIFESTYLE COACHING sessions are particularly useful for young families, students and individuals struggling with everyday lifestyle organisation. We also provide wellbeing mindfulness support for carers.
Our services range from full house clearance, family organisational support, wardrobe organisation, space management, project management, renovation management, home staging, paperwork organisation, 1-2-1 lifestyle coaching, 1-2-1 virtual coaching and corporate information sessions in businesses
We also provide presentations at The Ideal Homes Show every year and workshops,courses at the University of Strathclyde Cll, Glasgow Clyde College as course tutors and support group facilitators

We are also providing a Support Group at The Well-being Centre in Glasgow helping Teenagers to learn skills to help them organise their homes and lives for the future.

Life Coaching
I am a Professional Organisers and Lifestyle Coach. My background is in Sports Coaching, Psychology, Motivation and over 18 years in educational establishments. My 1-2-1 Lifestyle Coaching Sessions are particularly useful for clients experiencing behaviours related to clutter gathering. I help clients change their habits and create a more positive mindset to help them live a better and more organised lifestyle. When I work with clients I look into Decluttering and Organising their Homes, Offices and Lifestyles. I use up to date motivational techniques and assess each job individually to help each client in the best way I can.
