It would be lovely to see as many of you as possible at this gallery dedicated to the man who said “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.”
The Gallery has a series of nine individual galleries exploring the life of William Morris, including a mock-up of his shop in Oxford Street.
I can’t wait as I have been meaning to go for ages, and there is so much to see.
Afterwards, we will go for tea and cakes at the lovely Orangery-style Gallery cafe.
If you don’t want to go to the Gallery, you are very welcome to just meet for tea and a chat.
Either meet at the gallery at 2pm or I will be at the nearest tube, Walthamstow Central, for 1.30pm. From there you can either take a bus to the gallery, or I will take a 10-minute walk.
Entry is free
