Where is the conference being held and how do I get there?

The conference is being held at DoubleTree by Hilton Docklands, London. We recommend one of the following methods of travel:

· Jump on the Jubilee line to Canary Wharf tube station and then get the complimentary boat from the Canary Wharf Ferry Terminal direct to the hotel.

· Go on the Overground to Rotherhithe or Canada Water tube stations and then get the C10 to the hotel on Rotherhithe Street

· Go to Bermondsey on the Jubilee line and get the C10 bus to the hotel on Rotherhithe Street.

I have accessibility requirements. Can the event accommodate me?

We are working hard to ensure the conference space is thoughtfully used to meet any physical, emotional or social requirements of our speakers and delegates. This includes a step free or lift accessible venue, quiet areas, sound arrangements and technology solutions. If you have any specific needs, please email [email protected] prior to booking to make sure your requirements can be accommodated.

Will the conference be available to attend online?

No. This year we have focused on the conference being an in person event.

Will recordings be available to watch after the event?

There may be the option to view a set of recordings of the Keynote speakers and Workshops after conference. There will be a charge for this if you did not purchase a conference ticket. Please check back for updates.

I am nervous about coming to the conference. Can you help?

Yes, we have a Conference Buddy programme in place. Please indicate when booking your ticket whether you would like to have a Conference Buddy. If you are interested in being a buddy to someone who may not have been before or is anxious about coming on their own, please indicate this on your booking form. The Conference Buddy Programme for conference is different to the APDO Buddy Programme for members.

Where is the conference accommodation and how much does it cost?
