Working with Olivia was a masterclass in organisation. She understood exactly what I was looking to achieve but also took the time to really listen and consider what I was asking. Olivia was thorough yet considerate of how the process may have been difficult at times. She took the lead but was also careful to check in with me on decisions. She worked tirelessly in her time at the house, cleaning as she went along, working thoroughly through each room, organising by section and by room. She thought about the most practical ways to order each space to support the way we use it and to make it work efficiently. She came up with effective storage solutions, making the most of what we had and suggesting a few cost-effective ideas where necessary. At the end of each day things were left tidy, items for charity or the tip were taken away so despite it being a job that took several days it never felt like we were in the midst of a chaotic mess. Liv was brilliant Liv helped us putting on an engagement party for our Daughter and fiancé She was helpful before the event with ideas and suggestions for suppliers On the day she picked up the timetable of events and understood immediately what was needed and where to focus She allowed us to enjoy the event as hosts in way that we wouldn’t have been able to without her help We would definitely use her skills and services again and are very confident to recommend her to others.
