Having been through quite a rollercoaster of a life - from alcoholism and recovery since 2012, through to bereavement, miscarriage, divorce and moving to a different country - Jo understands how difficult things can be to tackle and face. Working virtually with you using counseling, coaching, Compassionate Inquiry®, addiction recovery techniques, Fibble executive function questionnaire, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other tools we can explore the unconscious dynamics that lie underneath appearances and run your life, so you can liberate yourself from them.
