I offer a bespoke service designed to transform space by removing clutter, creating order, and devising systems for control to give individuals the freedom to better use and enjoy their surroundings. My service is confidential and non-judgemental and each potential client has a free, no obligation consultation to discuss their needs and desired outcomes. I love helping my clients and witnessing how the transformation of their home and space affects their physical and mental well-being.
For some years now I have worked with a number of clients who live with mental health challenges, and I am a Mental Health First Aider and a Dementia Friend. I have also successfully completed training courses with both Hoarding UK and Hoarding Disorders UK.
I also offer consultation, support, and practical help with the process of Swedish Death Cleaning. This is not morbid as the name might suggest, nor is it about cleaning. The focus is to not leave loved ones in a situation where they have to sort out a lifetime of possessions after bereavement, and then make difficult decisions about what to do with them. It is something that can be done when we are fit and well; as early our thirties. Clearing the home of things that are not positively contributing to the quality of life can free up both time and space, and make the way clear to pursue hobbies, interests, travel, and activities with family and friends.
I am also an assessor with the awarding body, English Speaking Board (International) Ltd, where I assess learners in; public speaking, communication, and performance.
How I help my clients
For clients who want to live more comfortably in their home
I help and support them to free up space by removing clutter and reorganising rooms to improve their daily lives.
For clients living with hoarding behaviour
I work with them in a careful and respectful way to support their desire to bring about a positive change in their living space.
For clients downsizing
I work with them to sort through their possessions so they can choose which items to take to their new home. I also help and advise clients about the donating and selling of unwanted items.
For clients moving home
I prepare their property for sale by removing clutter, packing away personal items, and organising the entire home so it will appeal to potential buyers. This involves reorganising each room so every piece of square footage is in use which gives viewers a better perspective of size and space.
I also will help clients to settle in to a new home and make plans for organising their new place.
For clients who need an effective working from home space
I design practical and attractive home office space.

Personal/family productivity
For over nine years now I have successfully helped people to declutter their homes and organise their space for themselves and others in the household.
I have had a number children and teenagers as clients and worked with them in a supportive, productive, and fun way to better organise their space.
Thank you, Gail, we really do appreciate it. Having an objective person to sort out X's house has taken some of the emotion and sadness for us. It's a fantastic service.
It was hard work sorting and downsizing and at times emotional, but Gail was so friendly and calming and we had a lot of laughs with made a difficult job so much easier.
Thank you for your help with my uncle. He commented on the great connection with you. The help you gave decluttering was fantastic, but the impression you left my uncle with was priceless.
