I became a professional home organiser because I passionately believe we are a reflection of our environment and in the link between a tidy, organised and functional home and greater emotional well being. It sounds simple but when you know what you have and everything is in its place you can focus on the important things in life.
A Tidy Mind Cheshire & N. Staffs provides a personal service based on the needs of you and your home - it's what works for you!
ABOUT ME: For the past 5 years I have been working with clients in Cheshire, North Staffordshire and Shropshire creating calmer homes and calmer minds. After enjoying a career as a photographer I turned my organisational skills and eye for detail into my passion for decluttering and organising. As a busy working mum I have seen the benefits for my family and myself of having a home which is filled with the things we need and the things we love and use. It's not about creating a show home but it is about creating a calm, homely, functional space.
At A Tidy Mind Cheshire & North Staffordshire we offer non-judgemental, physical and emotional support. Clutter can happen to any of us often through a life changing event, ADHD, ASD or sometimes it's simply because our lives are so busy.
As a professional organiser I can support you physically and emotionally as we work together to help you decide what you are ready to let go of and what you want to keep. An organised home which is free from clutter has been proven to reduce stress and have a positive impact on other areas of your life.
MY PHILOSOPHY - The best things in life aren't things. If the above sounds like it's what you need, why not get in touch and we can have an chat to see whether it's the right service for you? You can also take advantage of a free consultation. [email protected] 07773 99 18 54 I have completed the ADHD for Organisers course led by Sarah Bickers ADHD Coach and Professional Organiser. The course has increased my knowledge and understanding of ADHD in relation to providing a professional organising service to people with ADHD. I have successfully completed the 'A Tidy Mind' franchisee training programme which extensively covers areas such as professional organising, decluttering, emotional support & mental health.
Eileen brings calm and order where there was once chaos and disorder! She was able to help make a manageable action plan and supported me in achieving it. I never once get embarrassed or overwhelmed by the task in front of us. She is methodical and inspiring and the enthusiasm and determination she bought was contagious. She has the ability to empower others, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that what she helped me to achieve was life changing. Thank you, Eileen!
A lesson in organisation I never knew I needed! Eileen is remarkable, her sheer ability to facilitate conversations specifically around organising my personal belongings is impressive. Within 4 hours Eileen helped me organise 4 different locations within my house. This included my main office/wardrobe space, master bedroom drawers, spare room hanging area and a closet in the hallway. Each and every area was tackled, cleaned and organised with meticulous detail. I now have two spaces within my house that solely have my clothes, which enable me to easily and effectively pick and choose what I want to wear on a daily basis. My aim was to create a capsule wardrobe and to reduce the number of areas that I store clothes because I am a bit of a shopaholic and Eileen went away after 4 hours having successfully achieved that goal and my house and wardrobes feeling much lighter! We managed to send 8 bags to charity, bin 4 bags of clothing and beauty products that were no longer needed and I remain with 2 large bags of items that are actively being uploaded to Vinted to resell. This appointment was something I had been looking forward to since the day I booked and I can honestly say it did not disappoint. Eileen is remarkably friendly, helpful and so supportive when it comes to having to make difficult decisions. I feel like a new woman and I will be recommending A Tidy Mind to everybody and anybody. An amazing, rewarding experience was had by all. Thanks again Eileen. I’ll be getting you back to help with my Christmas decorations next.
After becoming completely overwhelmed with the mess and clutter in our home, I reached out to Eileen for help and I am so glad I did! I have ADHD and my husband and eldest daughter are Autistic so we have extra complexities when it comes to managing our home and I wasn’t sure I would be able to find someone who could help us in the way that we need but Eileen has blown us away with her compassionate and friendly approach. She has even gone as far as taking some extra courses to learn how to help Neurodiverse people with tidying and organisation in a way that works for us which has been incredible. We’ve learnt so much from Eileen, not only about decluttering and organising, but also how to keep on top of things in the future. I cannot recommend her enough! 1
