Hi I'm Rachel Pugh a professional home organiser living in Lincoln in the UK. I help people within 30 miles of LN1, who are either overwhelmed by clutter or facing a big life change like downsizing - and just don't know where to start. I offer kind practical support and understanding - no judgement, no pressure. We'll work at a pace that feels right for you - because sometimes you just need a friendly outsider who is weirdly enthusiastic about organising wardrobes, cupboards and drawers.

Personalised Support - whether it’s one rogue cupboard or the entire house we’ll create a plan that is shaped around you.

No judgement - I’m not here to criticise - just to roll up my sleeves and help.

Flexible pace - whether you’re raring to go or need to take it slow, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you - no pressure, no panic just

steady progress.

Complete Confidentiality- your privacy matters, no corporate branded car or clothing. I never take photos of your home. But please shout about me. That’s how most of my lovely clients find me.

I have completed training courses in the following:-

Hoarding Disorders UK - Chronic Disorganisation

Hoarding Disorders UK - Hoarding Awareness Train – Stage 1

Our house was in a constant state of disarray - dishes in the sink, laundry on chairs, toys underfoot. I was doing my best but was exhausted. Then Rachel arrived, with a calm friendly approach she helped me clear the chaos, set up zones, and put in systems even the kids follow (mostly). Everything feels more manageable now - even the school run is less stressful.
After my husband passed away I downsized to a bungalow - but I quickly realised I hadn’t let go of nearly enough. The cupboards, drawers and wardrobes were full, and there were boxes everywhere. I felt stuck and even started thinking I’d have to move again. With kindness, patience and a clear plan, Rachel helped me sort through everything and keep only what supports my life now. We even created a beautiful memory box filled with special things that remind me of my husband. I now love my new home.
After tripping over clutter and breaking my hip, I was told I’d need a temporary bed downstairs. But the only available space was in the narrow walks ways between piles of my belongings. I felt overwhelmed and embarrassed. Then Rachel arrived - warm, non-judgmental, full of positivity and a can-do attitude. She not only helped make space, but reconfigured my dining room into a comfortable bedroom. I’m so grateful I can still live in my own home.
