Tidy Lives
United Kingdom

Tidy Lives provides professional decluttering, organising, and move-management services for residential and commercial clients across Worcestershire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and the surrounding areas. We are proud members of APDO, working to the highest professional and ethical standards.

We offer a calm, non-judgemental, and compassionate approach, supporting clients at their own pace to create solutions that genuinely work for their lives. Every client and every home is different, so we take time to listen, understand individual needs, and adapt our methods accordingly — focusing not only on immediate results, but on sustainable systems that can be maintained long-term.

Clutter and disorganisation are widely recognised as having a significant impact on both mental and physical wellbeing. Our role is to help clients regain a sense of control, clarity, and confidence within their homes, empowering them with practical tools, guidance, and reassurance throughout the process. We work collaboratively to set realistic goals and support clients in achieving and maintaining positive change.

In addition to decluttering and organising, we specialise in move management, including downsizing, later-life moves, and home transitions. We are trusted partners of The Senior Move Partnership and Home Sweet Home, enabling us to provide comprehensive, coordinated support during what can often be an overwhelming time.

Our aim is simple: to create calmer, more functional homes that support the way our clients want to live — now and in the future.

Specialisms

Home Staging

During my degree in Interior Design I studied an extra module on Home Staging and it's benefits,

We have been fortunate enough to stage many properties for sale in the last years, gaining on value for each one.

Interior Design

I have a BA in Interior Design, a level 3 Award in Education & Training and have previously taught adults in the community.

Move Management

Currently a Senior Move Manager specialising in assisting older clients downsize into retirement villages.

I have also assisted private clients who are moving both nationally and internationaly.

Hoarding behaviour

Tidy Lives was set up in 2017 after seeing first hand the effects of people struggling with basic day to day tasks. Taking skills from previous job roles, personal experiences and the built in desire to help people find a way, this was a perfect combination and haven't looked back.

I completed Level 1 and Level 2 of the Professional Hoarding Practitioner training to accompany the 6 years experience working with people with Hoarding Behaviours/Chronic Disorganisation.

Business/work productivity

Administration management experience for over 30 years.

I engaged Rachael and her team in late 2022 to assist with a complex relocation from the United Kingdom to the United States. Rachael and her daughter Ellie managed the organisation and international shipment of household contents efficiently and with discretion. Following the relocation, Rachael has continued to oversee UK property matters and provide logistical support during my visits. Her services have been consistently reliable and well-executed, and I highly recommend with complete confidence. [DJ Feb 26]
I appreciated your excellent services when I moved house. Your help finding removers at short notice and advice on planning of the new house layout was very helpful. It was good to have links to postal redirect services and broadband setup. The move went smoothly with careful fragile packing of fragile glass and delicate items and items to discard. Decluttering made an enormous difference making a seemingly impossible task possible. I would strongly recommend your services to my friends and family. [GL Dec 25]
Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the team for being there for us and having a positive attitude when I would have given up on my own!
