Downsizing
Downsizing is one of the main parts of my work. I help clients move from a long term family home to somewhere smaller, and I look after the whole process from start to finish. That means sorting and deciding what to keep, arranging donation, sale or disposal of the rest, planning the move with removals firms, and unpacking and setting up the new home so it is ready to live in. I work closely with clients and their families, and I take my time, because a downsize is often as emotional as it is practical. I also work with The Senior Move Partnership and run Edit LDN, based in North London.
Moving, Packing and Unpacking
Nicole has worked with a wide range of clients, including families, busy professionals, and retirees transitioning to assisted living or retirement living. She excels at providing tailored solutions for challenging moves, such as coordinating with removal companies, managing clearance services, changing utilities, liaising with auction houses to sell valuable items, and thoughtfully handling sentimental belongings.
