A molehill can soon become a mountain if you don’t have the time, headspace or resources to be able to deal with it. If you need to get clear and make space, I can help.

Hi, I’m Lauren.

I’m a Coach, Trainer and a Declutterer & Organiser.

Clutter can collect in our homes, workspaces and our minds. It can feel confusing and lead to overwhelm. Equally, being confused and overwhelmed can lead to clutter collecting.

Decluttering and organising is about so much more than putting things neatly into boxes and labelling them. It’s about how you relate to your space, and your stuff. It’s about making your space feel good and work for you.

The same goes for our thoughts, wants and needs. Wellness isn’t a state of mind or a state of being - it’s a state of action.

As part of my Coaching practice and through voluntary work, I’m trained in active listening and in being non-judgmental. So, if you’re looking for someone compassionate, hands-on and with a sense of humour to help you deal with things like:

- Making space in your home; figuring out what’s useful and what can be let go of with love in your cupboards, wardrobe, or entire rooms/spaces

- Digital decluttering; email lists, social accounts, multiple email addresses, unused apps, zillions of screenshots, millions of messages… Our tech takes up space. And there’s only so much of it - so make sure what you have serves you well

- Moving home; from sorting-through what you’ve got to packing up in a way that’s helpful for unpacking it again in your new space, I can support you throughout the process

- Planning for end of life, or help with managing a loved-one’s house or belongings after they’ve passed. Planning ahead can help ease the burden and overwhelm for loved ones. Having someone to support you with a loved-one’s possessions can help you process your feelings and take action.

Well, then you’ve found the right person!

I love working with people to lift their spirits and clear the way. And I’d love to have a chat about your current needs.

Life Coaching

Coaching & Mentoring has played a big part in my life for a long-time. It can help to cut-through the fog of day-to-day life to find meaning, direction and clarity. It can also help to embed new ways of thinking that help daily wellbeing.

I’ve worked with many people, especially women, in my corporate and third-sector career as well as working with vulnerable women via my local women’s centre.

I’ve trained with The Coaching Academy and the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). I am a member of the Association for Coaching and am fully insured. I am currently completing an additional course to become a Trauma Informed Practictioner.

Digital/computer organisation

Having had a long career in digital - which took a huge toll on my health - the link between our increasingly digital world and burnout is clear to me. An ever increasing body of research and evidence also supports this.

The truly excellent news is, despite what you may be led to believe, you are in control of how, why and when you use digital or tech. There are no absolutes and nothing is dictated in what you need do.

This is a growing area of work for me, but one where the people I’m working with are seeing huge results in how they feel and approach life. It’s something I continuously work on myself, feeling much lighter with each step!

Business/work productivity

I provide mental health training services for organisations, ranging from time management to understanding and supporting neurodivergent team members.

Coaching can also provide support on business or career goals. I’ve worked with people across a broad-range of settings, from global conglomerates and national charities to retirees wondering what to do next. The process reinvigorates and will change the way you look at and approach things.

I feel so alive and full of energy. It really is helping me to move forward. It’s wonderful. Yasmin
Lauren has given me a foundation and structure to build consistent success, and I am extremely grateful to her for that. Jan
