I was lucky enough to work with Jennie for a week to sort, clear and empty my Mum's park house ready for sale. Jennie was both a pleasure and a force to work with as I have mobility problems. Nothing was too much trouble and she has an excellent list of third party contacts, one of whom I chose to do the house clearance and they did not disappoint either. I would not hesitate to recommend Jennie to anyone who wants to make a daunting task into an achievable outcome.
Jennie was immediately so helpful and much appreciated by my mother at a very bewildering time, where she had been ill just before the move. Having someone else in the room calmed everything down and Jennie has considerable expertise in knowing how to go about the process of organising everything. Jennie struck just the right balance between being assertive in terms of getting things sorted, and sensitivity to Mum's wishes and preferences. She took time to get to know Mum and worked with her and we appreciated the flexibility and understanding when having to move dates. Jennie helped beyond just sorting and organising, for example stashing rubbish and recycling and taking unwanted items to the charity shop. We cannot fault her service and her hard work proved to be unexpected and extremely welcome assistance which eased the stress of the move for all of us.
Jennie helped me to clear my cluttered maisonette. She put me at ease, as I was quite anxious about it at first. Jennie was efficient and quick and we got a lot done in a short amount of time. I was pleased with the results and the organised home has definitely had a positive impact on the family wellbeing.
