This month we'll be exploring how we might approach some of the difficult conversations that could come up with clients around sustainability (e.g. addressing misconceptions about just how ‘sustainable’ an item is… or managing expectations around what can be recycled… or handling differing attitudes towards the importance of sustainability). Obviously every client/situation will be different, so there’s never going to be one ‘right’ approach – but we’re hoping that this discussion can help us all to be better prepared for any of these tricky situations that might arise.
