Panel Discussion
There are indeed trade-offs to be made between speed first or sustainability first. How and when do the two align, when do they conflict and how can we look at this through the lens of an organiser.
Questions to be considered:
How does an organiser address both being productive and sustainable when budget is added to the equation.
What definitions are being adopted by the organiser.
What is the understanding of the client - how may the two differ - what are the expectations etc.
Metrics and governance and identity and values also come into play.
APDO is proud of its diversity and the way that it supports a wide variety of clients and their needs and aspirations.
We have two very active SIG's (Special Interest Groups) - Productivity and Sustainability. These are lead by core teams. We have invited the teams to join a panel discussion to discuss the duality and dichotomy of productivity and sustainability.
