I have a BA Hons in Management & Business Studies, and a Distinction Diploma in Events Management. Both have greatly enhanced my excellent skills in organisation, planning, problem solving, co-ordination, management and system planning.


I have over 15 years’ experience in administration, so have fine tuned many of my organising skills including diary management, process planning, file management (paper & electronically) and IT skills. I have management experience from managing an office, a swim school and a retail store. This has provided me with invaluable customer focused experience, display management and working with a diverse range of customers and understanding their individual needs. I enjoy working with and helping people.


I thought tidying my wardrobe was going to be a long, tiring and boring task! Catherine showed me it was the opposite (quick, easy and actually enjoyable). My new wardrobe makes me so happy.


Catherine is patient, gentle, positive, motivated and very hard working. Everything was disposed of by Catherine, which was another weight lifted off my shoulders. Nothing is too much bother for her.
