An Oxford graduate and university lecturer, I trained in 2008 as a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute in London, accredited by the ICF International Coach Federation. Since then I’ve coached hundreds of students, parents, professionals and entrepreneurs and run workshops in corporate and community settings.
I also hold a Level II Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization from (ICD) Institute for Challenging Disorganization. I’m a member of the Time Management & Productivity task force for ICD and contributed a chapter on procrastination for the ICD Guide to Challenging Disorganization (forthcoming).
As head of training for APDO between 2013-2019, I devised and led the 1st UK training courses for professional organisers. And in 2020 as JLP Coach, I set up the Academy for Virtual Organising which offers training, networking and business support. I’ve organised and hosted two global summits on virtual organising, online of course.
